Multi-location, franchise & dealer networks

Your network is only as strong as its quietest location.

A brand growing through locations, dealers or franchisees has a problem head office cannot solve by working harder. Every site needs local marketing and local support, most will not do it themselves, and doing it centrally does not scale by adding people.

Who: Manufacturers selling through installers or dealers, franchise brands, chains, distributors with territory partners. Any brand whose growth is a network.

Sound familiar?

  • Our locations do their own marketing, and most do none.
  • We promised partners leads and support, and it doesn't scale.
  • We have no idea which locations are healthy until the quarter closes.

Where this usually starts

Start with an AI Growth Audit, then the build that hands you the platform.

The site factory

A website for every location

Every location, partner, or franchise gets its own polished, co-branded site. Generated, not hand-built, so the twentieth costs what the second did. You blanket local search overnight.

For:franchises, dealer networks, multi-location brands

Client portal

A branded portal for your customers

Your customers log in to your site to see their estimate, approve it, pay the invoice, check the schedule. Fewer “just checking in” calls, and every answer wears your brand, not a vendor's.

For:service businesses with repeat clients

The Business Brain

The Business Brain

Ask your business a question out loud: “what's my real margin this month, which quotes are stalling, who hasn't paid?” The answer comes back in seconds, from your own live data. Not a dashboard. A colleague.

For:every owner who's tired of pulling reports

Review autopilot

Five-star reviews on autopilot

Every finished job asks for its review at the moment your customer is happiest, and replies get drafted for you to approve. A year from now you own the map while competitors' pages go stale.

For:any business people look up before calling

The support you promised has to scale

Recruiting a location usually involves a promise of leads, marketing and support. Delivering that to a handful of sites is a job. Delivering it to a network of them is a different thing entirely, and the usual outcome is that the strong locations get attention and the quiet ones get a newsletter.

Software is what makes the promise keepable. Local presence generated for every site rather than the ones that ask, follow-up that runs everywhere at once, and support that does not depend on which partner happens to be loudest this month.

Local presence without losing the brand

Customers search locally, so a network needs pages, listings and reviews that are genuinely local to each site. Letting each location do that produces inconsistency and legal risk; doing nothing makes the whole network invisible in local results.

The workable answer is central control with local truth: brand-approved structure and messaging, filled with each location's real details, generated and kept current for every site whether or not that owner is engaged.

Knowing what is happening before the quarter closes

Most networks find out a location is in trouble months late, usually when the numbers arrive. By then the fixable moment has passed. What head office needs is not a bigger report but an earlier signal.

One connected view of the network makes that possible: which markets are unserved, which partners went quiet, where the leads actually went after you sent them. Same data, in time to act on it.

Ask your business anything

The questions you would actually ask.

  • Which markets are whitespace?
  • Which partners went quiet?
  • Where did last month's leads actually route?

Questions

Franchises & networks, answered.

Do our locations have to adopt this, or can we run it centrally?

Centrally is the usual answer and often the point, because adoption is exactly what does not scale. The systems can run entirely from head office and simply deliver results to each site. Where a location wants more control, it can have it, but nothing depends on every owner opting in.

How do we keep brand control when locations market locally?

The structure, messaging and approved claims stay central, and only the genuinely local details vary: address, service area, staff, hours, reviews. Locations get pages and campaigns that are properly local without anyone being able to invent a claim you would not stand behind.

Can each location see its own numbers without seeing everyone else's?

Yes, and that is usually a requirement rather than a preference. Permissions are part of the build: a location sees itself, a regional manager sees their group, head office sees the network. The assistant enforces those boundaries rather than relying on people not to look.

A network is a system. It should be run like one.
