Software you own

Software you own, not software you rent forever.

Every subscription is a small tax on running your business, and it never goes down. The tools shape how you work rather than the other way around, the bill grows with your headcount, and the day you stop paying you lose the thing you built your operation on.

What we build

The tools your business runs on: built for you, owned by you, never rented by the seat. Including AI that runs entirely behind your own firewall, for businesses where data can never leave.

Your own CRM

Your own CRM, not seat licenses

Your customers, your deals, your history, in software built around how you actually sell, that you own outright. Adding a new person to the team is creating a login, not buying another seat.

For:teams tired of renting six tools that don't talk

Custom CRM development
Pipelines, contacts, activity timelines, role-based access and command-palette speed: your pipeline in a system shaped to how you actually sell.
Proposal & deal-room systems
Internal playbook + screen-shareable client twin + PDF paper trail that can never drift from the source doc.
Data migrations done right
Legacy CRM/accounting imports (Pipedrive, Wave) with verification harnesses that re-run the books and cross-check totals.

Quotes to cash

Quotes to cash, on your own rails

Estimates become invoices with one click: branded, sent, payment link included. Recurring plans, card payments, and every document generated straight from the live record, on software that's yours.

For:any business that bills

Business management platforms
Invoicing, estimates→invoices with bidirectional links, product catalogs, client records, billing rollups.
Payment & card tracking
Bank-fed reconciliation, Stripe and Square processing, card-present POS flows, payout reconciliation and payment plans in one ledger.
Membership & subscription billing platforms
Recurring plans, member records and dunning, running on the same invoicing rails as the rest of your platform.
Document generation
Branded invoice PDFs, feature guides, co-branded brochures, quote and spec sheets, generated from your live records, never retyped.
CPQ / quoting systems
Configure-price-quote with instant branded PDF submittals: quotes in minutes, not days.

Client portal

A branded portal for your customers

Your customers log in to your site to see their estimate, approve it, pay the invoice, check the schedule. Fewer “just checking in” calls, and every answer wears your brand, not a vendor's.

For:service businesses with repeat clients

Client portals & branded dashboards
Lead inbox, estimates, invoicing, content management: a branded owner dashboard on the client's own domain.

The owned store

A store you own, not rent

Stop paying the platform fee, the dozen apps, and the cut of every order. We build you a store you own outright, shaped to how you actually sell, and move your customers, orders and gift-card balances over with nothing lost.

For:brands whose platform bill grew faster than the brand did

Owned storefront & checkout
Catalog, cart, checkout, payments and accounts as your own code on your own infrastructure.
Platform migration, done safely
Customers, orders, gift-card balances, subscriptions and URLs moved with nothing lost and no ranking collapse: dual-run, rehearsed, and cut over on your calendar.
B2B quote-to-order
Bulk and custom orders as a real flow: quote, approve, reorder, instead of an email thread and a spreadsheet.

Private AI

AI that never leaves your building

All the capability, none of the exposure: AI running on your own hardware, behind your firewall, answering only to your permissions. When the rules say the data can't leave, it doesn't.

For:legal, medical, finance, government, anywhere confidentiality is the law

On-prem / private-cloud LLM deployment
Open-weight models served on the business's own hardware or VPC: sizing, quantization, serving stack.
Private RAG
Retrieval over internal documents that never leave the building; connectors to file shares, email, practice systems.
Hybrid routing
Local models for sensitive data, frontier APIs for hard reasoning, one gateway with policy enforcement.
Fine-tuning & evaluation
Adapters on business corpora with eval harnesses proving quality before rollout.
Regulated-industry postures
Law, healthcare-adjacent, finance: anywhere client confidentiality or data residency rules out cloud AI. The segment cloud-first AI shops can't serve.
Managed private AI
Updates, monitoring, and evals as a retainer once the private deployment is live.
Private AI readiness assessment
Data-sensitivity mapping: what must stay local vs. what can use frontier APIs.

What renting actually costs

Per-seat pricing is a bet that your business will grow and you will keep paying more for the same software. Across a full stack of tools it becomes one of the larger line items most companies never scrutinise, because it arrives in small monthly pieces rather than as a decision.

The harder cost is the shape. Rented tools encode somebody else's idea of how your work should go, so processes get bent to fit the software, and the awkwardness becomes permanent because nobody can change it. Owning the platform means the software bends instead.

What owning actually means

It is specific rather than a slogan, and it is checkable at handover. The code lives in a repository under your account. The data sits in open formats you can export whenever you want, without asking. The hosting and the accounts are provisioned in your name and billed to you directly.

There is no license to renew, no seat count to negotiate, and no vendor with the power to change the price or end the product. Adding a new person is creating a login. If you never worked with us again, everything would keep running exactly as it does now.

When this is the right call, and when it is not

Building is right when the software is close to how you make money, when per-seat costs have become a real number, or when the tools are actively getting in the way of the work. Those are the cases where owning pays for itself and keeps paying.

It is the wrong call for something commodity that a cheap tool already does well. We will say so at the audit. A studio that recommends building everything is selling hours, and the ownership argument only means anything if we are honest about where it does not apply.

Questions

Software you own, answered.

What exactly do we receive at handover?

The repository under your account with the full source and its history, the data in open exportable formats, the hosting and third-party accounts in your name and billed to you, and the documentation to run it. Nothing is held back as leverage, and nothing requires our permission to use.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Everything keeps running, because it is already yours and already on your infrastructure. There is no license to lapse and no switch on our end. You can hire another developer, bring it in house, or leave it alone. That is the practical test of ownership, and it is the one that matters.

Is building our own really cheaper than the tools we rent?

Over a few years it usually is once seat counts are real, but that depends on your numbers and we work them with you at the audit rather than asserting it. If the honest answer is that a subscription is fine for what you need, that is what we will tell you.

Ownership is worth nothing as an adjective. Check it at handover.
